Intelligence
Threat intelligence database
Structured, searchable records of incidents, vulnerabilities, actors, and advisories — with evidence and attribution confidence on every entry.
What this is
A structured database of the entities our reporting covers:
- Incident — a confirmed or alleged security event, with what is known and what isn’t.
- Vulnerability — a flaw with verified identifiers, affected versions, and remediation status.
- Company — a security vendor or affected organization, profiled independently.
- Product — a security product, assessed on the record.
- Threat actor — an attributed or tracked actor, with attribution confidence stated.
- Advisory — a vendor or agency advisory, linked to its source.
- Malware family — tracked malware with verifiable technical references.
- Researcher — a security researcher cited in our reporting.
- Report — a HackedWire article or analysis tied to the entities above.
Attribution confidence
Every entry records its evidence and a plain-language attribution confidence — confirmed, high, moderate, low, or disputed. Corrected or disputed information stays in the record, marked as such, so the history is honest.
An honest limit
HackedWire does not claim real-time monitoring. Entries are added and updated by the newsroom as reporting is verified — this is a curated database, not a live feed.

Intelligence entries appear here as the research desk verifies them — expected at launch. Nothing is listed until it has been checked.
